Art Work:

Each artist may display two (2) pieces of artwork of any size. This approach allows us to showcase as many artists as possible and ensures broad representation across each show.

Artwork Labels:

To maintain a clean, professional, and cohesive experience for all attendees, all artwork must follow the labeling rules below.

Artists may choose one of the following:

  • Provide your own artwork label, or

  • Request a blank label to fill out on site

Label Size & Placement:

  • Label size: 1.5” x 4”

  • Labels must be attached directly underneath or next to artwork on to the display wall (no tables).

Label may include only the following information:

  1. Artist Name

  2. Price (or “NFS” if not for sale)

  3. Size / Medium

  4. ONE (1) QR Code only, linking to your website social media profile.

🚫 What is NOT permitted to ensure visual consistency and avoid clutter:

  • Flyers, stickers, or signage outside of the artwork labels

  • Multiple QR codes

  • QR codes linking to:

    • Payment apps (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, etc.)

    • Email sign-ups or mailing lists

    • External promotions or unrelated websites

Artwork Hanging and Supplies:

All hanging supplies will be provided and displayed salon-style by our team. This allows us to maximize wall space, while creating a dynamic and visually engaging show.

Salon-style art hanging is a dense, floor-to-ceiling display method, that treats a wall as one large artwork by tightly grouping diverse pieces to create visual impact, maximize space, and highlight connections or contrasts between artwork.
