CALL FOR ART
Next Show: January 24, 2025
Location: 116 Krog St NE (Indoor Event)
We’re excited to invite artists to be part of our next Atlanta Loves Art show on the BeltLine! Join us for a night of creativity, community, and connection on Saturday January 24th, 2025.
Art Work:
Each artist may display two (2) pieces of artwork of any size. This approach allows us to showcase as many artists as possible and ensures broad representation across each show.
Artists may bring up to two (2) additional pieces. Additional artwork will be considered for display after 7:00 PM, pending space availability.
Artwork Labels:
To maintain a clean, professional, and cohesive experience for all attendees, all artwork must follow the labeling rules below.
Artists may choose one of the following:
Provide your own artwork label, or
Request a blank label to fill out on site
Label Size & Placement Recommendations:
Recommended size: 1.5” x 4”
Labels must be attached directly underneath or next to artwork on to the display wall (no tables).
Label may include only the following information:
Artist Name
Price (or “NFS” if not for sale)
Size / Medium
ONE (1) QR Code only, linking to your website social media profile.
🚫 What is NOT permitted to ensure visual consistency and avoid clutter:
Flyers, stickers, or signage outside of the artwork labels
Multiple QR codes
QR codes linking to:
Payment apps (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, etc.)
Email sign-ups or mailing lists
External promotions or unrelated websites
Artwork Hanging and Supplies:
All hanging supplies will be provided and displayed salon-style by our team. This allows us to maximize wall space, while creating a dynamic and visually engaging show.
Salon-style art hanging is a dense, floor-to-ceiling display method, that treats a wall as one large artwork by tightly grouping diverse pieces to create visual impact, maximize space, and highlight connections or contrasts between artwork.
Oversized Artwork:
If you’re submitting larger pieces (60”+), please let us know in advance so we can plan your setup space accordingly.
Artwork Vending:
If you'd like more room to showcase a larger collection of works or prints, a limited amount of vending spaces are available for artists who would like to set up a table. Please let us know if the “additional information” field if interested.
Approved vendors will have space for 1 table (6ft or less). Artists are responsible to bring their own table, a black tablecloth and chair. (No camping chairs)
Live Painting:
Live Painting is not permitted unless requested and approved prior to the event. Approved live painters will be designated an assigned space. Please let us know if the “additional information” field if interested.
Submission Review:
All submissions will be reviewed by our team, and you’ll receive an Instagram DM or email once your work has been accepted for the show. Please message us if you have any questions.
